St. Mary Church to sponsor annual Autumn Angel Bazaar

WEST WARWICK — St. Mary Church, 68 Church St., will hold its annual Autumn Angel Bazaar on Saturday, Oct. 22, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday, October 23, from 8 a.m. – 1 p.m., in the church hall. A full breakfast will be served Sunday morning. The bazaar features food, a giant penny social, jewelry, themed baskets, raffles, games, children’s corner, Christmas gifts, stocking stuffers and more. Saints Rose and Clement Fall Family Festival

WARWICK — Saints Rose and Clement Parish will host a Fall Family Festival at the church, 11 Long St., on Friday, Oct. 21 and Saturday, Oct. 22. On Friday, the festivities will run from 5 p.m. - 9 p.m., and will feature DJ entertainment, crafters, as well as wine cork and mystery box games. Dinner offerings include baked goods, chicken pot pies, hamburgers, hot dogs, french fries and more. On Saturday, the event will run from 9 a.m. - 7 p.m.. and will feature pony rides, face painting and a pumpkin decorating contest. Food offerings will include hot open turkey sandwiches, burgers, hot dogs, meatball sandwiches and more. The festival is admission free and will also feature a giant raffle. PROVIDENCE — St. Raymond’s, 1240 North Main St., will host their annual Christmas Bazaar, on Saturday, Nov. 5, 11:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday, Nov. 6, from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., in the church hall, lower level of church building. WOONSOCKET — Sacred Heart Harvest Bazaar, 415 Olo St., in the Parish Center, November 5 from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m., and November 6 from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. Breakfast and lunch will be available on Saturday; only brunch will be available on Sunday. The event will feature a sweet shop, wine booth, penny social, general store, grab bags, craft vendors, kid’s corner, lottery wreath, raffles, gift certificates and split the pot. Harvest Happening ‘Fall into Fun’

WARREN — St. Alexander Church, 221 Main Street, will host a Harvest Happening “Fall into Fun” on Saturday, Nov. 5 from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. and Sunday, Nov. 6 from 10 a.m. – noon. The event will include a gift basket bonanza, knitted items, jewelry, handcrafted holiday ornaments and centerpieces. There will also be activities for children. In addition, continental breakfast will be available both days and the Italian kitchen will be serving homemade soup and sandwiches and homemade baked goods.

Holy Family Christmas Bazaar

PAWTUCKET — Holy Family Parish’s Christmas Bazaar at St. Joseph's Church Hall, 195 Walcott St., will take place on Saturday, Nov. 5, 9 - 6:30 p.m. Raffles will include cash prizes, New England Patriots tickets, Patriots tailgate, a Tom Brady shirt and gift baskets. St. Agatha’s Christmas Bazaar

WOONSOCKET — St. Agatha’s Parish, Logee St. and Fairfield Ave., will hold their Christmas Bazaar on Saturday, Nov. 5, and Sunday, Nov. 6 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., featuring a cash prize grand raffle and a special “Your Choice” raffle. All Saints Christmas Bazaar

WOONSOCKET — All Saints Parish, 323 Rathbun St., will host their Christmas Bazaar on Saturday, Nov. 5, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., in the church hall. Narragansett Bay Symphony Community Orchestra presents ‘Musique Fantastique’

PROVIDENCE — Narragansett Bay Symphony Community Orchestra will be performing, “Musique Fantastique,” on Sunday, Oct. 30, at 3 p.m. in McVinney Auditorium, 43 Dave Gavitt Way. ‘Truth, Goodness, and Beauty’ event to take place at Cathedral

PROVIDENCE — Servants of Christ for Life and the Portsmouth Institute present the second “Truth, Goodness, and Beauty” event on Saturday, Nov. 5, at the Cathedral of Saints Peter and Paul. All proceeds will help Servants of Christ for Life stop abortions in Rhode Island. The keynote speaker will be Dr. John Bruchalski, a doctor from Virginia who performed abortions, prescribed contraception and promoted in-vitro-fertilization for years. Hear about his former life dedicated to the 'Culture of Death' and his miraculous conversion to the Catholic Church. There will also be a musical performance by Eric Genuis, a world-renowned Catholic composer and pianist. He will be accompanied by a world-class violist, cellist, and vocalist. St. Theresa of the Child Jesus Parish to host pro-life events

Hope and Cope group for those in recovery

PORTSMOUTH — The next meeting of the Hope and Cope Group is Sunday, Oct. 16, at 5 p.m., at St. Barnabas Church, 1697 East Main Road. Hope and Cope is a faith-based support group intended for those supporting a family member or a friend struggling with alcohol, drugs, addictions and mental distress.
