On Wednesday, Sept. 19, Bishop Thomas J. Tobin celebrated a Mass at The Little Sisters of the Poor Jeanne Jugan Residence in Pawtucket. Bishop Tobin also visited and congratulated Bishop Francis X. Roque on the 65th anniversary of his priestly ordination. A reception was held after the Mass where Bishop Tobin was able to greet residents and other retired members of the clergy that also live at the Jeanne Jugan Residence.
