Adoption program slated for prospective parents

FALL RIVER – Adoption By Choice, a program of Catholic Social Services of Fall River, Inc. will hold an information session for individuals and families interested in domestic newborn or international adoption. This session will be held on Sunday, January 13, 2008 from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. at Catholic Social Services, 1600 Bay Street, Fall River, Mass.

There is no charge to attend the session and refreshments will be served. (Snow date will be January 20, 2008).

Catholic Social Services has placed children for adoption since 1924 and is licensed by the Office of Child Care Services of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The program is also licensed by the State of Rhode Island and covers the entire state. The agency performs comprehensive home studies for the placement of U.S. born children as well as for those desiring to adopt children born in other countries.

Children in need of loving homes are available from the Ukraine, China, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Vietnam, Ethiopia, Guatemala, Haiti and other parts of the world.
