As part of Catholic Schools Week, Our Lady of Mercy School, East Greenwich, recently highlighted specific days of the week including Spirit Day, Student Appreciation Day and Parent Appreciation Day. A special Community Outreach Day encouraged students to bring in new socks to donate. Nearly 700 pairs of socks were collected for Midnight Moment Outreach. According to an OLM parent, “Catholic Schools Week ends up being such an anticipated and joyous occasion within OLM as the appreciation that is shared with one another really highlights the school’s mission of striving to be saints and scholars.”
