Diabolical media coverage misleads people on the evils of abortion

Posted

There is a battle going on for the soul of America and it all has to do with the propagation of information and the formation of the future citizens of the United States. This is why there is such an uproar over the education and formation of children. The secular news media has always been very deliberate in its uses of particular definitions for words in order to form the public’s opinion concerning certain topics and issues.

George Orwell, in his book 1984, called this type of verbal engineering “Newspeak.” People think in terms of words, so therefore, by controlling language, one can control what and how people think and in a sense create a new reality. This has been the impetus behind the secular media’s ‘political correctness’ crusade in forming the public conscience. For example, the media use the term ‘pro-choice’ to designate that they are for everyone having the right to choose, but they neglect to get at the heart of the choice which is to kill or not to kill the child in the mother’s womb. Then again, the media call the child a fetus, because it does not want to humanize that choice.

On the other hand, the media uses the negative term ‘anti-abortion’ for pro-life supporters to show that they are mean-spirited and that they don’t believe in the health and welfare of women. The media neglects to mention that being ‘pro-life’ means that all human life, from the moment of conception until the moment of natural death, is sacred. This diabolical type of media coverage is deceptive and continues to mislead the American people as to the evils of abortion and its effects on women and children. This current generation of children is witnessing a clash of ideologies which in effect is a battle for their consciences and souls. The fight must continue to define words properly in order to convey a proper understanding for the defense of all life and of things that are true and good.
