Bishop Thomas J. Tobin installed Father Joseph Pescatello as pastor of St. John Vianney Church in Cumberland on Saturday, Sept. 22. The bishop congratulated the new pastor, noting to the congregation that their parish’s patron is the patron saint of priests. Father Pescatello thanked parishioners for attending his installation Mass and shared that he was very happy to serve as their pastor.
