Get outside with friends this summer at Mother of Hope Camp

Archery, nature education, weekly Mass, hiking, canoeing and leadership courses are only a few of the many activities taking place at Mother of Hope Camp this summer.

Mother of Hope Camp in Chepachet held an open house for families on Sunday, May 19, to showcase the programs and events held during summer and throughout the year. Visitors met staff, toured the camp, learned about registration and participated in family activities.

The day camp for 5-12 year-olds is accredited for quality and safety by the American Camping Association, and is a space for children to spend a technology-free day playing with friends.

Open registration will be available throughout the summer including weekly and individual day options.

Mother of Hope offers free busing to and from many Rhode Island locations and as a 501(c)(3) agency, the camp works to help children of less fortunate families benefit from the many advantages of the Mother of Hope experience.

To sponsor a camper, a donation can be online at motherofhopecamp.com.
