On December 10, beginning at 6:00 p.m., students from Christ the Redeemer Academy will present an evening of performances focused on the theme “Christ Our Gift” at St. John the Baptist Church, 40 Washington St. The Pre-Kindergarten class will start the festivities by singing Christmas carols, followed by Grades K-4 performing the play “God Blessed Them One and All.” Immediately following the performances, Grades 5-8 will present religious projects based on the theme, “Christ Our Gift”. – The students of St. Matthew School will provide an evening of Lessons & Carols on December 17, beginning at 6:45 p.m., in the parish church, located at the corner of Park and Elmwood avenues. Through Scripture readings and seasonal songs, the service will reveal the true meaning of the Christmas season.
