Bishop Thomas J. Tobin made a pastoral visit to Anchor Bay at Pocasset on Dec. 9, where he led a Christmas Prayer Service for the residents, including Elizabeth Ricci, standing beside the bishop. Ricci organizes a weekly prayer group at the Johnston senior living facility for her fellow residents.
