Rallying for School Choice

Several hundred parents, students, teachers and community leaders gathered at the Rhode Island Statehouse on Jan. 30 to attend a showcase of schools during National School Choice Week, an effort featuring 50,000 independently planned events around the country which seeks to shine a positive spotlight on education options for families, students and communities. The Statehouse event was organized by Rhode Island Families for School Choice, a coalition of families that support expanded school choice in the Ocean State.
