At this year’s National Philanthropy Day celebration, Mercymount Country Day School in Cumberland was honored along with four other major award winners.
The breakfast, attended by more than 480 guests, was held on Tuesday, November 25 at Twin River Event Center in Lincoln. Mercymount was honored as the Outstanding Philanthropic Service Organization at the festivities for their commitment to service, going above and beyond the minimum curriculum requirements as stated in the school’s mission.
