The Most Rev. Santiago Rodriguez, center, Bishop of the Diocese of San Pedro de Macorís of the Dominican Republic, recently visited Rhode Island during a four-day trip, in which he visited many parishes with a strong presence of Dominican faithful. On Jan. 21, Bishop Rodriguez celebrated Mass in honor of the Virgin of Altagracia at the Cathedral of SS. Peter and Paul.
