On Monday, September 17, Bishop Thomas J. Tobin met with members of the diocesan delegation to the V National Encuentro of Hispanic ministry that will take place in Grapevine, Texas from September 20-23. Bishop Tobin spoke with the delegates and offered a blessing for a safe journey and a fruitful gathering. Twenty diocesan delegates and five young adults from the Revive Ministry will represent the Diocese of Providence in this historic event.
