Bishop Richard G. Henning made a pastoral visit to SS. John and James Parish in West Warwick on Tuesday, June 20, leading the parishioners in Eucharistic Adoration and Benediction. During Adoration, Bishop Henning and Father Nicholas Fleming, pastor, offered the Sacrament of Confession for those in attendance. “I just wanted to thank you for your devotion to the Blessed Sacrament,” said Bishop Henning in introductory remarks made before the ceremony. “Let us keep our hearts on God and ask him to pour forth His Spirit into our minds and our hearts.”
