TO THE EDITOR:
I’m writing in regard to Father Thomas O’Neil’s recent letter in Rhode Island Catholic which expresses the way that I have been feeling about events in our country since the beginning of the year. I applaud his call that we keep ourselves informed and speak out against any injustices that may be taking place. I have great respect for Father O’Neil and would like to see even more of his fellow priests speak up for our less fortunate population.
