Before the summer season at Mother of Hope Camp came to a conclusion, Archbishop-elect Richard G. Henning made a special visit to Chepachet to celebrate Mass for the campers and counselors in the camp’s St. Augustine Chapel. For more than 70 years, thousands of children have experienced camp as a vibrant faith community through a fun-filled week in a safe and supportive setting. Kids have a great time learning new skills, making new friends, and enjoying all that summer has to offer.
