Bishop Thomas J. Tobin installed Father Joshua A. Barrow as pastor of the Church of St. Theresa of the Child Jesus in Pawtucket on Sunday, Aug. 29, at the 10:30 a.m. Mass. Pastor Emeritus Father Joseph R. Paquette and Father Ryan W. Connors, a professor at St. John Seminary in Brighton, were concelebrants. In his homily, Bishop Tobin offered his sincere best wishes, congratulations and prayers to Father Barrow as he begins this new and important moment in his priestly life and ministry — his first pastorate.
