MEXICO CITY — Feliciano Castro, age 63, was called to the house of the Lord on April 30, 2022, in Mexico City. As a devout practicing Catholic and faithful believer in Jesus Christ, his Mass of Christian Burial was held on May 2, 2022, in Mexico City.
He was born and resided in Mexico City, son of his living parents: Luciano Castro and Zenaida (Torres) Castro, and he was the eldest brother of his five beloved siblings.
Feliciano was the beloved father of his only child, Sister Elizabeth Castro, H.M.S.P., a member of The Missionary Sisters Servants of the Word, who serves as the director of the Office for Religious for the Diocese of Providence and who also serves at the Cathedral of Saints Peter and Paul in the ministry of evangelization in parish life.
A concelebrated Memorial Holy Mass was held for Feliciano on May 6, 2022, at the Cathedral of SS. Peter and Paul, Providence, where his daughter serves.
