Four sixth graders and three eighth graders at St. Rose of Lima School in Warwick spent the morning of April 10, weeding, laying compost, top soil, and planting onions and potatoes in the parish garden. The community garden has produced a variety of tomatoes, squash, peppers and zucchini — all to benefit the parish’s Mother Teresa Outreach Ministry, which helps those in need in the community.
