Poor Man’s Supper at St. Mary Church

CRANSTON — The Regina Coeli Society of St. Mary Church, 1525 Cranston St., will host a Poor Man’s Supper, on Friday, March 27 from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. in the parish center. The menu will feature homemade meatless soups, desserts and hot and cold beverages. Free Will donations will benefit the St. Vincent DePaul Food Center in Cranston. St. Theresa Parish to offer Fish and Chips dinner Fridays in Lent HARRISVILLE — St. Theresa of the Child Jesus, 35 Dion Drive, will offer Fish and Chips and/or Baked Fish every Friday during Lent, February 20 - March 27, excluding Good Friday, from noon until 7 p.m. Grapenut pudding is also available for an additional fee. Lenten Clam Cake and Chowder Dinner WEST WARWICK — St. Mary’s Church will host a Lenten Clam Cake and Chowder Dinner, on Friday, March 27, in Father Gibson Church Hall, 70 Church St., from 4 – 7 p.m. The dinner will include a variety of soft drinks and delicious homemade desserts. Lenten Supper and Night of Reflection BRISTOL — The Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 141 State St., Rosary/Altar Society will sponsor the ninth annual Night of Reflection on Friday, March 20, in the Monsignor Lolio Parish Center at 5 p.m. A Lenten supper of clam chowder, seafood and tuna sandwiches, chips, dessert and coffee will be served. Lenten Fish Dinner BARRINGTON — A Lenten Fish Dinner will be held in St. Luke’s Gym, 10 Waldron Ave., on March 13, from 5 – 8 p.m. Bread, dessert, coffee, soda or water are included in the price. Pasta, beer and wine will be available for an additional cost. The Jamaica Missionaries will also have their famous “Basket Raffle” and Silent Auction during the event. Proceeds from more than 50 baskets to choose from and many Silent Auction items will help defray the cost of the February 2015 Mission Trip to Montego Bay, Jamaica.
