Saint Raphael Academy sophomore Ralphletha Flowers wanted to do something to remember the victims of the COVID-19 pandemic, and thought that a memorial garden would be a special tribute. She consulted with the administration and Steve Vargas, director of Campus Ministry, and enlisted a group of fellow students who worked over the next several weeks to plan and plant flowers at the former church rectory on Walcott Street. The group designed a plaque and planned out a dedication ceremony, which was held Wednesday, May 26.
