St. Mark Church Grab and Go Dinner
JAMESTOWN — In lieu of the annual Parish Fall Fest, St. Mark Church, 60 Narragansett Ave., will offer a “Grab and Go” meal and raffle on Saturday, Sept. 19, from 3:30 p.m. until sold out. The to-go meal will include a meatball sub, chips, cookie and bottled water. There will also be four raffle prizes including two $250 cash prizes, $100 in lottery tickets and a complete car detailing valued at $225. Mother of Mankind Church to offer healing prayer service
NORTH PROVIDENCE — A Healing prayer service will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 16, 7 p.m., at Mary Mother of Mankind Church, 25 Forth St. The Sacrament of Anointing of the Sick will be offered for those whose health is seriously impaired by sickness or old age.
Knights to host Ceremony of Silver Rose
BRISTOL — Council 370 of the Knights of Columbus will hold the Ceremony of Silver Rose on Wednesday, Sept. 9, at 7 p.m., in the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish Center. All are invited to come and pray the Rosary with Council Members.
