First Saturday Devotions
PROVIDENCE — The St. Augustine Council Knights of Columbus, the Men of St. Joseph and Relevant Radio will sponsor the next First Saturday Devotions to Our Lady of Fatima (in music and song) on October 3, at St. Augustine Church, 20 Old Road, beginning with the Sacrament of Reconciliation from 3:45 p.m. until 5 p.m.; Rosary in music and song at 4 p.m., private meditation on the mysteries of the Rosary at 4:30 p.m. and Mass at 5 p.m. All are invited.

Diocese to host Rosary Congress
PROVIDENCE — All are invited to participate in the upcoming Rosary Congress taking place throughout the Diocese of Providence October 3 – 9. The Rosary Congress will consist of 7 days/nights of perpetual Eucharistic Adoration, the recitation of the Holy Rosary and Chaplet of Divine Mercy. Locally, seven parishes in the diocese will host one day of Eucharistic Adoration each. Please consider spending an hour with our Lord. St. Stanislaus Kostka Church to host Flea Market
WOONSOCKET — St. Stanislaus Kostka Church, 174 Harris Ave., will host an indoor/outdoor flea market on Saturday, Oct. 3, from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. The flea market will feature clothes for ladies, boys and men of all sizes x-small to xxx-Large, attic treasures, books, puzzles, games, glasses, serving dishes, small pieces of furniture as well as beautiful framed pictures. Holy Name of Jesus and Holy Rosary Parishes to host yard sale
PROVIDENCE — Holy Name of Jesus and Holy Rosary parishes will sponsor a yard sale at the church hall, 463 Benefit St., on Saturday, Oct. 3, from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. There will be many new and useable items will be available for purchase including books, cds, videos, Christmas items, home décor, furniture, stuffed animals and more.

Blessing of the Pets
NORTH PROVIDENCE — A Blessing of the Pets, in honor of the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi, will take place on Sunday, Oct. 4 at 1 p.m., in Mary, Mother of Mankind Parish parking lot, 25 Fourth St.

Public Square Rosary to take place at St. Bernard’s Church
NORTH KINGSTOWN — All are invited to take part in the 2020 Public Square Rosary Crusade in honor of Our Lady of Fatima at St. Bernard’s Church, 275 Tower Hill Road, on Saturday, Oct. 10 from noon – 1 p.m. The Rosary Rally will be one of thousands of rallies taking place at this time all across America. Snowflake Bazaar at Saints John and Paul Church
COVENTRY — All are invited to attend the 63rd annual Snowflake Bazaar outdoors at Saints John and Paul Church, 341 South Main St., on Saturday, Oct. 10 from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. (with a rain date of October 11). There will be homemade holiday crafts, homemade cookies, wine booth, the Snack Cafe, sports memorabilia, religious gifts, jewelry, raffles, gift baskets galore and Cow Chip Bingo. Due to the approved Covid-19 Protocol, even organizers are limited to 250 people at one time. Masks and social distancing are required and there will be a contact tracing log (1 person per group). Knights of Columbus to host Retirement Seminar
NORTH KINGSTOWN — The North Kingstown Knights of Columbus, Council 2011 will offer a free webinar to those wishing to learn more about how to plan for retirement. Walk for Life at St. Pius X Church
WESTERLY — St. Pius X Church, 45 Elm St., will host a Walk for Life on Sunday, Oct. 18, from noon – 3 p.m. Eucharistic Adoration will be at noon in the church for anyone not able to walk. The walk will end with Benediction. The walk will start at St. Pius X Church and walk directly to St. Sebastian Cemetery to the Tomb of the Unborn for a brief prayer service (approximate total of 2 miles). All are welcome. Social distancing and face coverings will be enforced. Donations are graciously accepted with a check made payable to St. Pius X Church. St. Jude Novena returns to St. Agnes Church
PROVIDENCE — The St. Jude Novena has returned to its regular weekly schedule at St. Agnes Church, 351 Branch Ave. The Novena will be held every Tuesday at 6 p.m., now through the annual Triduum which will be held on October 25 - 27. After the Triduum the Novena will be moved to noon on Tuesdays for the remainder of the fall and winter months.   

Father Tad to speak at St. Pius X
WESTERLY — St. Pius X Church Respect Life Committee will host an evening with Father Tadeusz Pacholczyk, Ph.D, director of Education for the National Catholic Bioethics Center on Friday, Nov. 13, from 6 – 8:30 p.m., at the parish, 45 Elm St. The topics to be discussed include: New Ethical Challenges in the Midst of Covid; Vaccines, Ventilators, and other Ethical Challenges of Covid-19. All are invited to this free and informative session. Donations are gratefully accepted. Due to Covid-19, space is limited and pre-registration is required. Weekly Holy Hour
FALL RIVER, Mass. — St. Anthony of Padua Parish, 48 Sixteenth St., will offer an English Holy Hour on Tuesday evenings at 6:30 p.m. The evening will include prayer, music and reflection. All Covid-19 rules and guidelines will be followed.
