Walk for Life at St. Pius X Church
WESTERLY — St. Pius X Church, 45 Elm St., will host a Walk for Life on Sunday, Oct. 18, from noon – 3 p.m. Eucharistic Adoration will be at noon in the church for anyone not able to walk. The walk will end with Benediction. The walk will start at St. Pius X Church and walk directly to St. Sebastian Cemetery to the Tomb of the Unborn for a brief prayer service (approximate total of 2 miles). All are welcome. Social distancing and face coverings will be enforced. Donations are graciously accepted with a check made payable to St. Pius X Church. Knights of Columbus to host prayer vigil
PROVIDENCE — As part of the 40 Days For Life Campaign, the Knights of Columbus Pope Pius XII Council will host a prayer vigil with prayer of the Rosary in front of the abortion clinic at 175 Broad St., on Saturday, Oct. 24 at 11 a.m. A carpool will leave St. Thomas More Church on Rockland Street in Narragansett at 10 a.m. and will meet in Providence at 10:45 a.m.

Mass for the Intentions of those in Recovery
PORTSMOUTH — The next quarterly Mass for the Intentions of those in Recovery will take place on Sunday October 25, at 5 p.m., at St. Barnabas Church, 1697 East Main Road. All are welcome and it will also be streamed on the parish YouTube channel. The 2021 quarterly Masses for Recovery at St. Barnabas in January, April, July and October will be announced soon. The next Monthly Hope and Cope group meetings at St. Barnabas will take place on November 15, December 20. For in-person Masses and gatherings, all social distancing protocols must be followed. 

Saint Jude Triduum
PROVIDENCE — Saint Agnes Church, 351 Branch Ave., will hold a Novena for three evenings in honor of Saint Jude on Sunday, Oct. 25 - Tuesday, Oct. 27. Mass and Novena prayers will be offered at 6 p.m. The theme of the St. Jude Triduum is “Finding a Spirituality during a Pandemic.” A raffle drawing will follow Mass on the last evening of the St. Jude Triduum.

Mother of Mankind Church to offer healing prayer service
NORTH PROVIDENCE — A Healing prayer service will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 28, 7 p.m., at Mary Mother of Mankind Church, 25 Forth St. The Sacrament of Anointing of the Sick will be offered for those whose health is seriously impaired by sickness or old age.

Mary, Mother of Mankind Church to host outdoor Harvest Festival
NORTH PROVIDENCE — Mary, Mother of Mankind Church, 25 Fourth St., North Providence, will host an outdoor Harvest Festival on Saturday, Nov. 7 from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m., in the parish piazza. The festival will feature jewelry, gift baskets, Christmas items and a raffle table. There will be a food truck as well as water and soda for purchase.
