Holy Trinity annual Christmas Bazaar
WOONSOCKET — Holy Trinity Parish,1371 Park Ave., will hold a Christmas Bazaar on Saturday, Nov. 8, from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. The event will feature many booths with handmade and crafted items, baked goods, penny social, gift certificate raffle, split the pot, wine raffle, themed basket raffle and children’s craft table. Visit with Santa and take photos as well as giving him your wish list. Holiday Bazaar
JOHNSTON — St. Robert Bellarmine, 1804 Atwood Ave., will hold a holiday bazaar in the church hall on Saturday, Nov. 9, from 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., and from 6 - 7:30 p.m. The event will feature food, a straw game, raffles, a silent auction and many vendor tables. Pro-Life Workshop
PROVIDENCE —The Life & Family Ministries of the Diocese of Providence will host a Pro-Life Communications Workshop on Thursday, Nov. 14 from 10 a.m. – 12:30 p.m., at Bishop McVinney Auditorium. Learn the most effective language and communication skills for winning hearts and minds for the culture of life. There is no cost to attend. Morning snacks, coffee and drinks will be provided as well as lunch following the presentation. Little Sisters to hold annual Turkey Drop
PAWTUCKET — The Little Sisters of the Poor are requesting donations during their annual Turkey Drop at Jeanne Jugan Residence, 964 Main St. Each day from Nov. 17 to 23 between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., the religious sisters will gratefully accept donations of frozen turkeys to be prepared for Thanksgiving dinner for the residents and for resident meals throughout the year.
