Students' kindness brings clothes to children in Haiti

Sophomore Michael Slusarczyk, of Wakefield, recently spearheaded a project at The Prout School, in Wakefield, to send more than 300 pounds of used school uniforms to children in need in Haiti. The United States Postal Service in Narragansett arranged for a discount of the shipping fee and Prout students raised the rest of the shipping cost through a “dress down day.”
