More than 2,000 people gathered in front of the Cathedral of Saints Peter and Paul after processing in prayer and song from the Charis USA National Conference, held on July 29-31 at the Rhode Island Convention Center, Providence. During the event musicians and speakers lead the worship alternating from English to Spanish and French under the theme: “One Lord, One Faith, One Baptism.” Father Jaime Garcia, pastor of Saint Charles Borromeo Parish, Providence, participated in the conference and served during the Spanish Mass on Saturday morning.
