As dean of teaching and learning, Murray will oversee the INSPIRE Program and collaboratively work with faculty, staff and administrators on best practices for the classroom, including technology, methodology and pedagogy. Sheehan will also continue to serve as assistant athletic director.
Rounding out the additions is Sylvia as dean of campus life. In this role, Sylvia will be responsible for ensuring a positive and well-rounded Hendricken experience for students and faculty outside of the classroom, particularly in the school’s return to full operation in the fall. His focus will be coordination of all student activities, clubs, organizations, events and programming. Sylvia will also remain the director of arts and Vocal Music Program coordinator.
