Well-deserved awards for Knights council

Bristol Council 379 Knights of Columbus were recently awarded two prestigious awards. The Star Council is determined by excellence in three categories: The McGivney Award for membership, the Columbian Award for charitable programs and the Founders Award for five additional insurance subscribers. There were only 3 Star Council awards in Rhode Island last year and this is Council 379’s third consecutive year receiving this award. The council also received the State Council’s 2017-2018 Contest of Champions Award for recruiting the most new Knights of Columbus among the 46 local councils in the state.
