TO THE EDITOR:
Genevieve Kineke, in her Op-Ed last week “The Power of Nonconforming women,” defends Catholic women. I support that effort. It does trouble me, however, that in her essay on the balance of career and children, Genevieve never mentions the role of “wife.”
That supports anti-family thinking. Don’t we as Catholics want whole families with a mother, children and a father? Men are more and more used to being left out. It is a bad trend.
