I don’t know what to make of all this: Do you?

TO THE EDITOR:

Regarding your August 23, 2007 editorial "Sunday is God's Day....", everyone can certainly agree on that and no doubt everyone applauds the provision for Mass the NFL's Steelers place in their hotel contracts. Yet, I could not help notice the Mass provisions is one of many items including: filet mignon, prime rib, a Niagara of Gatorade and bottled water, made-to-order omelets and of course Heinz ketchup, all in a 17-page contract.

I wonder about the hotel workers on any given Sunday? I read your editorial in a week in which I also read how cable providers are seeking to resist the NFL's ever-increasing fee demands, how a nine-figure player pleaded guilty to killing dogs, and how a local hero left practice, was winged in a private jet across the continent to be present when his former girlfriend gave birth to their child.

I do not know what to make of all of it.
