Bishop Tobin has accepted the resignation of the Reverend Roman R. Manchester as Chaplain of Our Lady of Fatima Hospital, effective June 30, 2017. At the request of Father Manchester, he has also been granted a temporary leave of absence from the active ministry for personal reasons, effective July 1, 2017.
