A new home for the Knights and Columbiettes

Posted

On October 3, the Knights of Columbus and the Columbiettes Father Joseph Boehr Council relocated from their home at 28 Fish Road in Tiverton to Saint Theresa Church in Tiverton.

Together, the group celebrated at the 8 a.m. Mass honoring the Feast of Patron Saint Thérèse of Lisieux, and the installation of the Knights of Columbus and the Columbiettes at Saint Theresa Parish. The Knights and the Columbiettes processed into the church following Father Przemyslaw “Shemek” Lepak, pastor of St. Christopher and St. Theresa parishes, and Deacon Dr. Timothy Flanigan in a grand entrance. After Mass, the community celebrated with coffee and pastries in the parish hall.

The Knights meet the first Thursday of every month from 7 - 9 p.m. The Columbiettes meet the third Thursday of every month. For more information regarding the Knights of Columbus or the Columbiettes call 401-624-4924.
