Pilgrimage to the National Eucharistic Congress
INDIANAPOLIS — The Diocese of Providence Pilgrimage to the National Eucharistic Congress at Lucas Oil Stadium, Indianapolis, Indiana, is scheduled for July 17-21, 2024. All are invited to attend. The diocesan trip includes transportation to and from Indianapolis, with local transportation to and from the congress, five nights at the hotel, and the cost of admission to each day of the congress. Take-Out Thursday
BARRINGTON — Take-Out Thursday, a charity food sale, and popular East Bay attraction, will resume at Holy Angels Church on May 2. A carryout menu offering options of veggie rice delight, chicken salad pita and classic meatball sub is available. Lemon-blueberry pound cakes and Nicola’s brownie squares will be sold for dessert. Ordering is open for a limited time, while supplies last, and proceeds will benefit the efforts of the Holy Angels Social Outreach Ministry, whose mission is to provide for those in need. First Friday Holy Hour at Chesterton Academy

Young Adult Holy Hour
PROVIDENCE — A Young Adult Holy Hour will be held on Friday, May 3 at 7 p.m., at the Cathedral of Saints Peter and Paul. If you are in your 20s or 30s, join us for First Friday devotion. The evening includes Eucharistic Holy Hour with recitation of the Holy Rosary and the sacrament of Confession is also available. May Breakfast
NORTH PROVIDENCE — The Holy Name Society of St. Anthony Parish will hold its annual May Breakfast on Saturday, May 4 from 8 – 11 a.m., and Sunday, May 5 from 8 a.m. – 1 p.m., in the parish center, 1413 Mineral Spring Ave. The breakfast will feature scrambled eggs, home fries, bacon, ham, baked beans, pancakes, breakfast pastries, orange juice, coffee and tea. Sisters of the Cross and Passion celebrate 100 years in the Diocese

Candlelight Procession
CUMBERLAND — Our Lady of Fatima Church, 1 Fatima Drive, will hold a candlelight procession on May 13, from 6-8:30 p.m. The event will begin with bilingual Mass accompanied by the candlelight procession at the shrine, weather permitting.
