TO THE EDITOR:
Father O’Neill’s letter to the editor resonated with me, and I am sure with many others. It’s of great benefit to consider the ideas Father O’Neil presented for action rather than just sitting on the couch and fretting. When reading and watching the news, we understand that many injustices are taking place in our country daily. As Father stated: “Evil thrives when good people are silent.” Together in faith, let’s hope we can “act” to help those who are most “in need” and most vulnerable.
