Father Michael Najim, a native of Westerly, has returned to his home parish of St. Pius X Parish in Westerly to become its pastor. He was formally installed as pastor at a Mass presided over by Auxiliary Bishop Robert C. Evans on Sunday, August 21 at 10:30 a.m.
In addition to his parish duties, he will oversee the parish school, which he also attended as a child.
